Medic provides ongoing training opportunities throughout the year for the field and communications employees. Employees are paid for the time spent in training and participating in the training allows them to maintain their certification at no personal expense.

Continuing education is accomplished through a variety of formats, including; lectures, simulations, cadaver labs (for field employees), and special topic seminars.
